NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS - All noted faults are listed in description if there are any, and are strictly sold as seen.  For all others see below

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return within 14 days for a credit note to use on future purchases subject to the item being in its original packaging with all tags attached and a resalable condition.  We will inspect the item on receipt, and if there are visible signs of use, or the packing and tags have been removed, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.  If the buyer wants the product back it will be at their cost.  If the item is received more than 14 days after being delivered to you, we reserve the right to refuse refund.  It will be your responsibility to have redelivered.

This includes sizes, colour, fabric or any other reason why you don't want to keep the product. 

 The Buyer will pay the return postage.  It is suggested to use a trackable service as no refund will be given without receipt of item, even if lost by the delivery service.

To return a product you must get in contact with us via the return form on the website. We will reply within 24 hours.

The original invoice with the order number must be sent back with the item along with any promotional items once a return has been initiated and approved.

Multiple orders will arrive together and any unwanted goods should be returned with itemised proof of posting.

Please remember that the products are your responsibility, as a customer, until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send any returns by a postal/courier service that provides insurance for the value of the goods, a dispatch certificate or document and a signed proof of delivery. Please retain your Certificate of Posting and hold onto it until you have received your refund from Kids Kurta UK.

You will only be refunded by store credit minus fees.  It will be added to your account and will be available automatically at checkout on next purchase.
