​United Kingdom Shipping:

​The cost of our Standard UK shipping service is £5.99 for 1 or multiple items (i.e. same postage price for one or many suits). Customers can expect delivery between 2 – 4 working days.

​The Express service costs £8.95 and delivery usually takes 1 – 2 working after being dispatched (see exceptions below).

Delivery is free on orders £70 or over – UK only

​For standard Shipping We dispatch via Royal mail standard, non-tracking.  We can provide proof of postage, and in some cases a tracking number to see whether the item has attempted to be delivered.  It is not via a fully trackable service.

For Express shipping, it is Royal Mail Special Delivery, a fully tracked service, guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive the next working day before 1pm.  We take no liability for the delivery of any items once dispatched via Royal Mail.

We will not chase up with Royal Mail, or provide Refunds or exchanges for items that they have lost or not delivered correctly.

​Worldwide Shipping:

​Cost for worldwide shipping is calculated at checkout.

European delivery is normally 7-10 working days and Worldwide delivery is 10-15 working days.

Due to Brexit some European countries may charge customs or other taxes which the customer is liable for and is not our responsibility.

 

Delayed Delivery:

​Please note delivery times are approximate and We cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery due to factors outside our control e.g. postal strikes, or incorrect/incomplete address information being supplied by the customer.

 During busy times e.g. Christmas, Eid & Diwali  and other festivals customers should allow extra time for delivery.
