Returns, Exchanges & Your Statutory Rights

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS


All noted faults (if any) are clearly listed in the product description. Sale items are strictly sold as seen. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Change-of-Mind Returns (Gift Card Only)

If you change your mind about a purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for an exchange in the form of a gift card only.

Returned items must be:

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags attached

  • In an unused, resalable condition

We will inspect all returned items upon receipt. If there are visible signs of use, or if packaging or tags have been removed, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange. If the buyer requests the item to be returned, this will be at their own cost.

No cash, card, or original payment method refunds are offered for change-of-mind returns.

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the gift card value.


Faulty or Incorrect Items (Statutory Rights)

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in line with UK law.

  • Faults must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items reported as faulty will be inspected upon return.

Where a fault is confirmed:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method, or

  • A replacement or gift card may be offered where legally appropriate and agreed.


Return Postage

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage.

For faulty or incorrect items, return postage will be covered or reimbursed once the fault is confirmed.

We strongly recommend using a trackable service, as no refund or exchange can be processed without receipt of the item, even if lost by the delivery service.


How to Request a Return

Enter your email address to receive a 6-digit code. Once logged in, select the item you wish to return.
Please allow up to 24 hours for return instructions and shipping details.


Additional Requirements

  • The original invoice with the order number must be included

  • Any promotional items must also be returned

  • Order numbers must be clearly written on the outer packaging

Multiple orders may arrive together. Any unwanted goods must be returned with itemised proof of posting.

Products remain your responsibility until they reach us. Please retain proof of postage until your return is completed.


Processing Time

  • Gift cards and refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after inspection and approval.
